After arriving at Munich Airport, your driver welcomes you with a name sign (first and last name). The exact meeting point is shown in your booking confirmation – most often it is the München Airport Center (MAC) between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Here is how to find it in four steps.
After collecting your luggage and reaching the arrivals hall on level E0 (past the customs exit), follow the signs "Ride App – Pick-up Area" inside the terminal. Whether your driver waits inside the arrivals hall or you go to a signposted pick-up zone is stated in your booking confirmation. The signs lead you to the exit toward the kerbside level.
Once you are outside the building, use two clearly visible reference points: the München Airport Center (MAC) serves as your orientation point, on the left you will see central forum. Your destination lies between these two points.
Cross the pedestrian path right in front of the terminal exit. On the opposite side you can already see München Airport Center (MAC). It is located in the central München Airport Center (MAC).
You will recognise the meeting point by the large cube-shaped sign with the number 3 and the label "Treffpunkt / Meeting Point". Your driver waits there with a sign showing your first and last name — printed or digital on a tablet. The driver's direct phone number and the vehicle licence plate are in your booking confirmation email. If you don't spot the driver straight away, simply call that number.

To find your driver quickly: switch on your phone – the driver's direct phone number and the licence plate are in your confirmation email, and often an SMS or WhatsApp arrives shortly after landing. Check your booking confirmation – it says whether the driver waits inside the building or you go to a pick-up zone. Look for the sign with your name in the row of waiting drivers behind the sliding doors of the baggage claim. The free waiting time at MUC is 90 minutes from the scheduled arrival – in case of flight delays the driver is informed automatically and adjusts the pick-up time.
