The exact pickup point is always the one shown in your booking confirmation. These four steps help you find it quickly.

Your voucher gives the exact terminal, arrival area and pickup point. Save it on your phone and keep the driver or provider contact details ready.

After passport control, baggage reclaim and customs, enter the public arrivals area. Look for your name sign only if meet-and-greet is included in your booking.

Follow the instruction in your voucher. Depending on the booking, the meeting point may be in the arrivals hall, at a terminal curbside zone, at the MAC or in a nearby car park.

If you cannot see the driver immediately, stay at the confirmed location and call the number in your voucher. Do not move to another terminal unless you have coordinated the change.
